We wanted to make working out for people with limited mobility as easy as possible. That’s why we made this program. All you need is a stabile chair and around 20 to 30 minutes per session, 3 times a week.

The Coach Behind The Program

I have been weight training, running and cycling for 38 years and I have gained a vast amount of experience in fitness both as a Soldier in The British Army and in the past 22 years having been involved in the fitness industry.
​I have gained various experiences in many different aspects and methods of training. I take part in white collar boxing, sportives and duathlons in my spare time.
I have recently taken on the fight with head and neck cancer and on my way to recovery with exercise and nutrition playing a very important part!

Chair Workout Program

This program is anyone who wants to develop full body strength and flexibility at home. You can do it at home or at a park. It doesn’t take more than 30 minutes, 3 times per week.

Do you think that most workout programs will be too intense for you? Are you an elderly person or someone with a bit of excess weight? Trying to get back in shape after years of inactivity?

Then this program is perfect for you!

Results depend on tens of factors including your prior shape, diet, lifestyle, genetics etc. That’s why we can give no guarantees of results. What we can promise is that after 4 weeks you’ll be in much better shape than when you started. 

If you are not sure if your medical condition(s) affect your ability to work out, then it’s mandatory to consult with your doctor or other healthcare specialist before starting this program.
