The Coach Behind The Program
I have been weight training, running and cycling for 38 years and I have gained a vast amount of experience in fitness both as a Soldier in The British Army and in the past 22 years having been involved in the fitness industry.
I have gained various experiences in many different aspects and methods of training. I take part in white collar boxing, sportives and duathlons in my spare time.
I have recently taken on the fight with head and neck cancer and on my way to recovery with exercise and nutrition playing a very important part!

This program is for people wanting to tone their stomach and get a strong, functional core in the process. You can do it at the office, home or a gym. The workout last anywhere from 8 to 45 minutes.
